Whiskey Cocktail – Whiskey Sour

IBA official recipe includes:

Components

45 ml – Bourbon whiskey

30 ml – lemon juice, freshly squeezed

15 ml – Simple syrup            

Preparation

Shake with ice. Strain into chilled glass, garnish and serve.

*Note – Served on the rocks or straight up. If served ‘on the rocks’, strain ingredients into old-fashioned glass filled with ice.
