Rum Cocktail – Piña Colada

IBA official recipe includes:

Components

50 ml – White Rum

30 ml – Coconut Cream

50 ml – Pineapple juice fresh

           

Preparation

Blend all the ingredients with ice in a blender, pour into a large glass, and serve with straws.

* Notes – Garnish with a slice of pineapple and cocktail cherry.

Historically a few drops of fresh lime juice or bitters were added to taste.
