Components
60 ml – Rum, Spiced or Dark
180 ml – Water, boiling
1 tsp – Butter
1 tsp – Sugar, brown
1 pinch – Cinnamon, ground
1 pinch – Nutmeg, ground
1 pinch – Allspice, ground
1 splash – Vanilla extract
Preparation
Add the butter, sugar, spices, and vanilla extract to a heatproof mug. Pour in the rum, and add the boiling hot water. Stir until mixture is dissolved and thoroughly combined. Serve with whipped cream !
* Notes – Standard garnish – Whipped cream and freshly grated nutmeg or cinnamon stick.
